Man robs Rancho Bernardo bank, flees

Authorities Thursday asked for the public’s help in identifying a young gunman who robbed a Rancho Bernardo bank.
The robbery at the Chase Bank branch at 16861 Bernardo Center Drive occurred around 12:40 p.m. Wednesday, according to FBI Special Agent Darrell Foxworth.
