Firefighters battle structure blaze in Escondido
Fire crews are battling a structure fire in Escondido.
Some streets are blocked in the area because of the fire at the intersection of North Ash Street and Stanley Avenue.
The area is east of Interstate 15 and southeast of the Escondido Country Club.
Ash Street is closed between Stanley Avenue and Lehner Avenue because of the fire.

Three people and their dogs were displaced Monday following a fire at their condominium in Palm City, authorities said.
The non-injury fire at 2518 Caminito Espino was reported shortly before 6:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a San Diego fire-rescue dispatcher. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to control the blaze, she said.
