1. Vera Playa, Spain

Vera Playa, located on the famous Costa Almeria, is the capitol of nude bathing in Spain. A long, wide, sandy beach, Vera Playa is extremely popular in the summer and people come from all over the world to enjoy it, giving it a very cosmopolitan feel. There are nude beach bars to enjoy, as well as sun beds, pedalos and sand volleyball courts and nets. Because of Almeria’s warm, year-round Mediterranean climate, the beach is great to go to on any season.

2. Haulover Beach, Florida, USA

Located in the Sunny Isles in the southern portion of the “Sunshine State”, Haulover Beach has a huge following of naturists from around the world. The nude portion of the beach is over 800 yards of sandy beach right at the doorstep of the city of Miami. It has its own lifeguards and the police keep the peace without being intrusive.

Black’s Beach is one of the largest nude beaches in the United States. Located in Southern California (San Diego County) just north of La Jolla. Officially, Black’s Beach is designated as a “clothing optional” beach, and it is the southern portion of the beach where nudists and naturists go to enjoy the waves and the sand. One of the great things about Black’s Beach is that it is naturally secluded. To get to it, bathers must climb down a steep cliff path that gives you a pretty good workout on both the way down and the way up.

Leucate Plage is located on the Mediterranean coast, north of Perpignan, and it constitutes over 1 kilometer of fine, golden sand that gives it a classic, Mediterranean beach feel. The waves are usually calm and the shore transitions very gently into the sea. This is a popular beach for naturist families. There are three nudist resorts along the coast near the beach, but the beach is open to all who want to use it.

The southern Gran Canaria offers hundreds of acres of Sahara-like sand dunes and a gorgeous beach near Maspalomas. The beach is 3 kilometers long and an impressive 1 kilometer deep.
