Nursing scholarships awarded, including some at MSJC’s Menifee campus
Scholarships were awarded to students at Mount San Jacinto College-Menifee Valley and Riverside Community College and Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree.
Nursing students at several Riverside County colleges received scholarships of $1,000 to $2,500 from Kaiser Permanente, it was announced today.
Scholarships were awarded to students at Mount San Jacinto College-Menifee Valley and Riverside Community College and Copper Mountain College in Joshua Tree.
Kaiser Permanente awarded a total of 145 scholarships totaling $256,500 to nursing students from 46 Southern California colleges through its Deloras Jones RN Scholarship Program.
The program, intended to boost California’s nursing workforce, has awarded more than $4 million in scholarships since it was established in 2001.
