One restaurant in Istanbul that I would recommend is 360 Restaurant along Istiklal Caddesi. The food is good and the wine list is extensive, but the best thing about this place is the 360 degree view over Istanbul. This place can be hard to find because it is not very well marked, but it will be worth the search once you get there.

I loved this piece, and the accompanying video. Have always wanted to visit Istanbul and I think I will make that a reality now. Thank you for bringing the city to life!
