My family and I were at Balboa Park one afternoon and had spotted one of these small cars pass by on the street. I was surprised to see these small gocart looking cars on the road. And also have a GPS, radio and CD player. My husband and I were thinking about exploring San Diego in a different view. I think this experience will say it all. Hello.
