First place: Councilmember Todd Gloria (D-San Diego) with 72 votes.

Second place: Assemblymember Nathan Fletcher (R-District 75) with 45 votes.

Third place: Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Distrct 52) and Councilmember Kevin Faulconer (R-San Diego) with 9 votes.
