Glad to see that our taxes are used on all those patrol cars and a helicopter, protecting us from ‘dangerous’ 60 somethings. I have been to many of these fundraisers, these are mostly educated, retired folks. This sheriff needs to go back to school! What an embarassment for the Sheriffs!

You people kill me..Dick..Bob. Why didn’t this lady cooperate and provide the information required to the Deputy. He would have left. He warned her repeatedly that she could be arrested if she didn’t. When she violated the law, he grasped her wrist. Then she decided to fight. Then the other drunks, I mean party-goers, jumop in and pull her away and kick, hit and pull on the deputy. What a bunch of stupid drunks!

If someone does not get fired or disciplined over this one, no one ever will.

Personally, I think they should look into the caller of the ‘noise complaint’. Isn’t it illegal to spout the trash he did?

And, then, on to the officers themselves. I have seen intoxicated people handled with better procedure…enough said.

The Sheriff’s spokes persons continually contradict themselves. “An internal investigation” do they think we are all that stupid? How, about CLERB? CLERB can only make suggestions and is in teh tank for the Sheriff. Busting up a first amendment assembly and speech activity is a matter for the US Attorney.

This is a travesty on the part of the Sheriffs; and apparently on the part of neighbors who have an issue with liberals and/or gay people.

If you agree please write to the Sheriffs Department and to Supervisor Pam Slater and demand an accounting. This deputy should be held responsible and should be disciplined. If he were a civilian and behaved in this way he would be charged with unprovoked assault and battery.
