Pat is fighting a system that doesn't think horses are important enough to enforce ownership. Tiffany has kept that horse hidden for months and all Pat wants is her horse back. He is the Grandson of the first American Paint Horse to Get Supreme Champion of APHA. See if you can get someone to talk to Pat she just wants her horse back.
