Stephen Strasburg completed one of the greatest pitching years in college baseball history, and on Tuesday, he is the presumptive No. 1 choice for the 2009 MLB Amateur Draft. For months now, Strasburg’s agent–errrrr-advisor Scott Boras has been floating a dollar total needed to sign Strassy: $50 million.
